A steel structure staircase juts out and hovers above the ground, connecting to the second floor with crisp, clean lines that inscribe the aesthetic of contemporary industrial design. Its cool, unyielding metallic texture forges a rational structural framework for the space, striking a perfect balance of sleekness and transparency. The original corrugated panels on the ceiling are left fully exposed, eschewing ornate suspended ceilings to preserve the building’s most authentic structural form. In doing so, the innate beauty of its natural textures is elevated to become the space’s most distinctive adornment.

水烟轻烟缓缓升腾，香气漫过每一处角落，节奏慢下来，浮躁的心渐渐沉静，抵达身心松弛的绝佳状态。工业的刚与南洋的柔，在此完美交融，没有冲突的违和，只有平衡的美感，是空间审美最动人的表达。

Wispy tendrils of shisha smoke curl gently upward, and its delicate aroma drifts through every nook and cranny of the space. The pace softens, restlessness fades into calm, and the body and mind sink into a state of perfect ease and repose. Here, the starkness of industrial design and the softness of Southeast Asian style converge in seamless harmony. No jarring dissonance lingers, only the exquisite beauty of balanced contrasts — the most captivating expression of this space’s aesthetic essence.

漆色木门沉稳内敛，水纹玻璃嵌于其间，微弱光线隐隐透出，似隔未隔间，营造出朦胧的意境，引人心生向往。水泥门框经凿毛处理，粗糙的纹路里，是手工的温度与匠心，刚硬的材质褪去冰冷，生出与时光相融的温柔触感。

The lacquered wooden door exudes an air of poise and restraint, inlaid with rippled glass that filters soft, faint streaks of light through its surface. A delicate partition lingers between seclusion and connection, weaving a hazy, ethereal mood that stirs the heart and kindles a quiet longing. The concrete door frame, finished with a bush-hammered texture, bears the rough, undulating grain that holds the warmth of handcraft and the meticulous devotion of the artisan. The unyielding material sheds its cold austerity, blooming into a gentle tactile warmth that blends seamlessly with the passage of time.

藤编椅子静静安放，编织纹理间裹着南洋的温润，自然材质的柔软，中和工业的冷冽，触碰间皆是治愈。热带植物纹样布艺铺陈沙发，浓淡相宜的纹样，携来南洋的异域风情，在硬朗空间里，晕开慵懒又鲜活的诗意。

Rattan-woven chairs rest in quiet repose, their interlaced weaves embracing the mild warmth of Southeast Asia. The softness of this natural material tempers the stark coolness of the industrial aesthetic, wrapping every touch in a soothing calm. Sofas are draped in fabrics printed with tropical botanical motifs, their patterns in exquisitely balanced shades of depth and light bearing the exotic allure of Southeast Asia. Amid the bold, unyielding lines of the industrial space, they unfurl a lazy yet vivid poetry that lingers in the air.

该项目坐落于北京万红路慢生活园区，毗邻798艺术区、望京SOHO与中央美术学院，商业与艺术氛围交融。一間白依托原有工业厂房基底，融合水烟的慵懒松弛，打造工业与轻南洋共生的艺术社交空间。

This project is nestled in Slow Life Park on Wanhong Road, Beijing, adjacent to the 798 Art Zone, Wangjing SOHO and the Central Academy of Fine Arts — a locale where commercial flair intertwines with artistic ambiance in perfect harmony. Rooted in the original fabric of a former industrial factory, AWHITE DESIGN embraces the languid ease of shisha culture, crafting an artistic social haven that weaves industrial heritage with the gentle allure of light Southeast Asian style.

红砖外立面静静伫立，是岁月沉淀的质朴肌理，没有多余修饰，以最本真的质感，勾勒出空间最初的轮廓，藏着不张扬的力量。

Its red brick facade stands in quiet repose, a simple yet textured tapestry forged by the passage of time. Untrammeled by superfluous ornamentation, it speaks through raw, authentic texture, outlining the space’s original form and holding within it an understated power that needs no fanfare.

墙上的磁吸背板可以随时取下灯具，灵活适用多种场景。设计的一整面收纳空间，隐形柜门方便收纳各种类型的灯具，下方的抽屉可以用来展示VF灯具的结构构造，带给人们更加专业的灯光知识。

A magnetic back panel on the wall allows for the effortless removal of lighting fixtures, providing flexibility for various settings. A dedicated storage area with concealed cabinet doors conveniently accommodates different types of lighting, while lower drawers showcase the structural design of VF fixtures, offering visitors deeper insights into lighting knowledge.

地面材质的选择，藏着空间最质朴的巧思。特意选用温润有岁月感的老木地板，搭配利落简约的瓷砖，一柔一刚碰撞出别样层次，二者衔接处，特意浇筑一块水泥凿毛踏步，粗糙的肌理带着原生工业感，生硬的过渡瞬间变得随性自然，每一步踏过，都能感受到材质本身的温度与力量。立面没有做繁复的硬装隔断，转而悬挂起棉麻质感的帘子，素净的色调与粗糙的水泥、温润的木色相呼应，垂坠的肌理自带慵懒松弛感。

The choice of flooring materials harbors the most unassuming ingenuity of the space. Weathered wooden planks, warm and redolent with the patina of time, are intentionally paired with sleek, minimalist ceramic tiles — a striking interplay of softness and rigidity that forges distinctive textual layers. At their junction, a hand-chiseled concrete step is purposely cast: its raw, unpolished texture exudes an innate industrial charm, transmuting the abrupt transition into one of effortless naturalness. With every step taken, one can feel the inherent warmth and strength of the materials themselves. No elaborate hard partitions adorn the vertical surfaces; instead, curtains of linen and cotton texture hang in their stead. Their understated hues echo the rough concrete and warm wood tones, and the gentle drape of their fabric carries an innate aura of languid ease and unhurried repose.

而当一缕神秘的红色霓虹光悄然漫入空间，所有质朴的肌理都被染上了别样的情绪，周遭的一切瞬间变得戏剧化。暖木的温润、瓷砖的冷冽、水泥的粗粝，都在这抹红光里晕开暧昧的轮廓，棉麻帘子被光影切成深浅不一的色块，原本沉静的空间瞬间挣脱了平淡的桎梏。

And when a wisp of mysterious red neon light creeps softly into the space, all its unadorned textures are infused with an evocative mood, and everything around is instantly transformed into a dramatic tableau. The warmth of the weathered wood, the crisp coolness of the ceramic tiles, the raw ruggedness of the concrete — all blur into ambiguous silhouettes bathed in this crimson glow. The linen-cotton curtains are sliced by light and shadow into color blocks of varying hues, and the once serene space breaks free from the shackles of ordinariness in an instant.
